HOW LONG DOES THE MADE TO ORDER PROCESS TAKE?
Customised jackets are delivered within 4 weeks from the day of the initial design consultation.
CAN I USE MY OWN ARTWORK?
In short, yes. It's your story. At the design phase we will discuss the feasibility of it to make sure it can print well on the lining.
WHAT KIND OF MATERIALS CAN I USE?
We are able to source most materials, its really down to your imagination. The most popular is a nappa lambskin leather.
DO YOU OFFER CUSTOM COMICS AND ANIMATIONS LIKE THE GIGGS PRESENTATION TOO?
At this current moment we do not, however please let us know what your thinking and we can give you full details as to how that might be possible.

HOW MUCH DO THE MADE-TO-ORDER JACKETS COST?
The opening price is £500, and varies with the level of customisation (lining design, material selection, and patch customisation). This includes the custom plaque of the artwork, and box presentation.
WHAT IS THE PAYMENT PROCESS?
To begin production, a 50% deposit at the designing phase will be needed to start the jacket, with the remaining 50% due once the jacket is complete.
HOW WILL I RECEIVE MY JACKET?
It will be sent with a secure courier with full tracking and insurance provided. In some circumstances, if you are situated within the M25, it may be hand delivered.
WHAT IS THE RETURN POLICY FOR MADE-TO-ORDER?
As the jackets are made specifically for you, we do not have a return policy. We make sure that communication is early and often at each step of the process in order to ensure you are happy with it.
